Such a lovely place! Beautiful pool, really amazing breakfast, nice mountain views.. Very friendly staff. Hope we 'll return.

The hotel is located within easy reach to Fuessen and the King's Castles. There are also lots of cycling routes in the area. The en suite room was clean and spacious. While the breakfast buffet was vast and excellent, the dinner choice and quality was not and in my opinion was overpriced. The swimming pools and surroundings were clean and offered nice views of mountains and the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spa - freshly renovated, very good ! big hot sauna, 2 big swimmings pools ! Room- not new but all clean and cosy, Breakfast 9/10 !

All aspects were excellent, location with good parking, the staff friendly and helpful and restaurant manager made you very welcome with food being good.

The location and the views from the hotel and the outdoor restaurant are beautiful. The room was clean and spacious the only slight disappointment was that I thought I had paid for a room with a balcony in the belief there was a lake view but I do not think any of the rooms had a lake view so it was my mistake. The spa area and the 2 pools are great and I was particularly impressed that the outdoor pool was heated. There is a good sunbathing area. Friendly staff especially in the bar and restaurant and breakfasts were good. Plenty of parking on site. Loved the location and the Old Town of Fussen.

The location was ok, right at the edge of Füssen so was convenient to get around. The staff was also nice.

Amazing landscape nearby, very clean location and friendly staff. SPA area was a blessing , real cosy and with nice staff.

The hotel is clean, presentable, and comfy. The staff speak a lot of different languages, including English. Menus are also available in English. The wine list is extensive and has wines from all around Europe. The staff also knew the wine list very well and could advise which wines would suit our pallet. The hotel has red and white wine glasses, and we're used correctly. The spa area was lovely. The time of year we travelled, the spa areas weren't busy. The breakfast and salad buffet was full of a mixture of foods to suit all. Evening meals were plentiful and tasty! A fantastic selection of cheese! The pools were clean and very well maintained. The staff service was outstanding. They were very helpful and always made us feel welcome. Evening meal service was done well and made us feel looked after. The location was easy walking distance for fussen and the e bike rental made it easy for us to travel around the lake, free parking for our hire car was fabulous. The free bus passes were an added bonus, and we got some vouchers to help with the cost of activities. The beds were a little soft for us, and we were given a firm mattress topper. I think it is absolutely amazing that a hotel has mattress toppers for people to help them sleep better. Room service cleaning was emaculate. 1 day, we chose the green option and got a small beer, wine, or soft drink each as a thank you. The glass straws are an amazing innovation. Everyone should have them. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the local sights. Thank you.

The staff were very rude and mocked me to other guests because my German isn't great, when I didn't tip after he was rude the staff became even worse. I didn't feel comfortable going back into the restaurant after that. The food wasn't great and very expensive. The stay was meant to be the highlight of my trip and was by far the worst place I stayed and cost twice as much. Would not recommend to anyone.
