Located directly by the Alatsee Lake on the Austrian border, this family-run hotel offers a hearty buffet breakfast, a sun terrace and country-style rooms. Neuschwanstein Castle is 10 km away. “Lovely hotel in a scenic lake spot”
Very beautiful location, walking and view of the lake a big plus. Perfect for nature lovers, hikers and bikers. Breakfast was very good, for the price. Dinner was excellent for such a small hotel and the price. I do think the price was a bit high, considering the rooms was without bathroom, but located to near to the castles and tourist area, a good choice.

“Great Hotel.”
I have 2 bookings at the past 1 for 1 day and the other for 2 days. I forgot to cancel the 1 day booking but the hotel allowed me to canceled the 1 day booking without fees. I was grateful to the management of Alatsee Hotel. I will recommend to my friends the Alatsee Hotel. Thank you very much.

The location of Hotel Alatsee is absolutely stunning. Being right by the lake creates a peaceful, almost magical atmosphere, especially in autumn. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail that made our stay feel truly special. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, delicious, and enjoyed with beautiful views, which made every morning start perfectly.

“Excellent Location”

Hotel was a quintessential small German village hotel - very warm and inviting. Staff were great and accommodating. Fantastic, quiet spot next to the lake, and only about 8 minutes drive back in to town.

“A good stay in a magical location”
We appreciated various aspects of our staying. First of all, staff has been gentle and helpful, very professional: we were clearly explained everything that we had to know during the check-in. Second of all, we were astonished by the location, both outdoor (really close to a beautiful small lake) and indoor (with unique wooden rooms). Finally, the breakfast served was abundant, various as well as delicious. Both savoury and sweet eaters’ needs are fulfilled!

“In love with this place!”
Love everything about this place! The surrounding nature was amazing, just being there charged and renewing our energy...Walking paths through the woods around the lake and nearby other lakes, with a lot of swimming spots! The staff is really nice, the food at the restaurant is also great, compliments to the chef! In overall 9 of 10❤️

Simple but charming hotel in a beautiful location, which is particularly special in the evening and early morning. The hotel is simple but full of character, with excellent food and a terrace from which you can enjoy lake and mountain views. Easy access to Füssen by bike, car or walking.
