Fantastic view, exceptional staff (super friendly at every corner, no matter if it's the concierge, the spa team, the breakfast team, the restaurant team, the hygiene team). Nice enough rooms.

This is a nice hotel. Helpful staff, good facilities, nice pool/sauna, comfortable rooms,bvery good breakfast. My only complaint is not air conditioning in the rooms. It very uncomfortable to sleep at night even with fans.

“Great views and a wonderful location to explore the area”
Breathe taking views of the alps across the lake from the infinity pool never got tired! The staff were very helpful and entertaining. Great cocktails (the house cocktail - dirty rose was good). Good quality food (4 courses for £39 if booked in advance). The sauna with a view over the lake was wonderful (as was the overall spa, small but well designed). Booking a space on the private parking deck was very useful as it got busy parking on the road. The bar stocked over 100 gins! Cosy (fake) fur blankets. Being handed 2 bottles of water when we checked out.
