“Good!”
Relatively small hotel with free parking and laundry machine The staff were friendly and nice, the breakfast area so its best to get there earlier. Complimentary wine tasting and juice available in the afternoon till evening

“Small cozy hotel with great facilities and 5 min walk to lifts”
Small and cozy feel. Welcoming. Good facilities - washing, lounge, ski drying room, public bath (technically not an Onsen, but close enough for us!). Breakfast was excellent - heaps of choice. Shuttle bus to pretty much wherever you wanted to go. The driver even went into one restaurant ahead of us to enquire about a table! Short walk (5mins) to Gondola or quad chair. Even quicker walk back (down hill!). We would definitely stay again.

Location perfect for skiing with the bonus of regular free shuttles to and from the base stations. Free shuttle to station at the end of our trip too!

“Excellent ski hotel with very comfortable facilities”
Really lovely accommodation with fabulous breakfast, helpful staff. They helped us book some restaurants and this was super helpful as was busy in Jan and bookings were required. For a family of 4, we needed two rooms and they put us opposite each other so was easy to knock on the doors etc. This was appreciated. Dinner at the hotel was good and nice to have the option to eat in. Onsen was small but perfect to relax in post skiing. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

“Superb location for skiing in a cozy spot”
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Free parking a few meters away is included. If you’re here for skiing in Furano the location is superb. Note that there’s not many restaurants in that part of town. Great breakfast selection (more western than Japanese though).

“I really love staying here and would definitely come back again.”
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly enjoyed my stay once again. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt just right, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I really love staying here and would definitely come back again.

Really nice and spacious rooms with a great public bath. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. An amazing breakfast and great amenities throughout. The separate washer and dryer were also great. The hotel also offered a really helpful shuttle service to the station and a good sized ski locker room.

“Great rooms but customer service and other property features (eg restaurant/transport) were lacking”
The rooms are well equipped and excellent space to relax after a day on the slopes skiing. The private bath in the property and location to gondola was also excellent.
