“Definitely a great choice”
The house is very spacious in Japan standards and very well decorated with antiques. There are restrooms in each room and the public area is also quite cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare easy meals. Location is also good, with about 10 min walking distance (in ski boots) to the gondola and also close to the bus stop.

Location is great as it's only 150m to the chairlift and is walkable even in ski boots. House is massive by Japanese standards and every bedroom has an ensuite. Koichi, the host, is lovely and very helpful.
