Great location for skiing, very affordable. You get what yiu pay for

Very good value, basic kitchen, kettles available for your room, 2 microwaves, friendly japanese owner/ manager, warm basic onsen in basement, parking outside , top location

Very nice room, beautiful view over Daisatsuzan mountains, directly located on the slopes. And very nice food truck with vegetarian food nearby. Also the onsen was amazing after a long day on the slopes.

Location is perfect, 1 night is fine but choose futon the bed are awful.

It is very close to the ski resort.

It’s perfect distance from the skiing hills, the rooms are really cozy and japanese styled, the owner is really kind, and the price is so cheap. There are two provided microwaves in the hallway and a refrigerator that was perfect for our stay.

Cozy Japanese style room with two beds and two futon beds on tatami platform. Spacious with basic amenities. Clean shared separate bathrooms for men and women. Strong air conditioning.

Everything is what you expect from a cheap mansion with shared facilities It has some age to it, but it is good for a cheap stay. Would be super close to skiiing during the winter.

This is a very basic pension with very basic facilities. Common bath (Japanese style with no cubicles). Ski room. Free parking onsite. Everything as advertised but very very old. Biggest draw here is proximity to lifts at kitanomine zone. Can’t argue for the price you pay. But keep expectations in check.

Such a great location to go snowboarding!!

Location, location, location. You couldn't ask for a better location if you are looking to be near the lifts at kitomine. Across the road from the lift is about as close as you can get to the good stuff.

Rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. Very simple rooms but comfy. The location is great.

Conveniently located, no frills traditional Japanese style accommodation at an excellent price. A lovely little onsen. Kitchen facilitates to share and helpful staff. Loved it

“Very cheap, get what you pay for.”

The location is excellent as it is virtually opposite the Gondola. The pension was clean and it did have a hot bath. There were a couple of microwaves in the passage and a couple of fridges, a sink and dishes, so one could heat up a meal and keep basic supplies. There were also kettles available for hot water.

“The steps away from the nearest chairlift at Showa era accomodation”

Location! The nearest chairlift is just cross road. Very convenient location for skiing. Some customers we talked told us they’re coming for years.
