“Friendly staff, great amenities, and close location to the slopes.”

Incredibly friendly staff who were well versed in Furano and the ski facilities nearby. They were very accommodating by helping us book taxis and restaurants in the area. Further, great amenities. My husband used the onset daily after a good ski, there was unlimited ice cream at night, and there were welcome drinks every evening. For those that like beer, there's an unlimited beer offer for a cost.

“Amazing & homely stay with an awesome hot spring”

Super clean and the artificial hot spring was super helpful for recovery every day after snowboarding. Staff were very helpful at all times. Location is perfect with a 5-min walk away from the Kitanome Gondola station. Dry room provided to separately store the snow equipment to dry after use. Always come back to free umeshu, whiskey and calpis at the welcome drinks Corner every afternoon. Breakfast was wonderfully tasty and fresh!

Staff really went out of their way to cater for food intolerances , they also went above and beyond helping us navigate Furano. Its location was fabulous - so close to restaurants, coffee shops and one block to the gondola !!

“Week trip to Hokkaido”

Chalet is close to the slopes an easy walk , so I never took the morning transfers which need to be booked a day ahead . They were very kind in picking me up and dropping me off at the Furano JR station, especially as my internet connections whilst in Japan were not great and missed correspondence on the bus stop so apologies . Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful so thanks very much. Room shower & WC were very clean . Nice area to congregate after skiing and meet people in front of reception with beer on tap and free happy hour whiskey which I didn’t partake personally but some did .

Location was close to Kitanomine Gondola. Staff ,especially Emma, were amazing. Onsen was good. Afternoon complimentary drinks were great.

Close to lifts, restaurants and cafes. The onsen after a day of skiing was a real treat. Proper hot 🙌

Extremely good location for the price, very near the slopes and facilities were very apt for skiing and snowboarding. The onsen at the end of the day is amazing! Coffee machine at the lobby was great too.
