We had a wonderful stay at Maistra Camping Valkanela in Funtana. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The facilities were very well maintained, clean, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, the quality of the facilities, and the great location. We would definitely recommend Maistra Camping Valkanela and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

“Great stay for family relaxation!”

Great stay! Very nice personnel, would do anything for a customer. Mobile homes are nice and cosy. It shows that they invested in this camp. Maybe the local grocery store could be open a little longer, but that's just nitpicking.

The campsite is really nicely arranged, especially in September when it is not very crowded. We missed the signs and directions to the campsite sections and the reception, shop, beach. The campsite is clean and modern

“Our short stay at the camping was wonderful”

The house was exactly as in the photo. The beds were comfortable. We had enough dishes, towels, bed linen and other things, as described on the website. The house was among a dozen of the same houses, and in the middle between them there were 2 pools (deeper and shallow) and a jacuzzi - it was very convenient. There were families with small children living next to us, but everyone was happy. Although our children are older, I don't mind small children, so the atmosphere was cozy. A little far from the sea, but it was nice to walk around the large camping area in the forest, breathe in the sea air. We rented a catamaran and a board on the beach. Both we and the children were delighted. It was convenient that you could pay by card almost everywhere. But still, cash was also needed.

The location of the mobile home is at the very end of the massive property where both the camp WiFi and cell coverage are very poor.

“Perfect place for family summer vacation!”

The whole place is overwhelming! Mobile homes were really clean, perfectly placed, with also small swimming pool for kids! Perfect place to stay for whole family! Shops (grocery, supermarket) and restaurants were onsite, so there was no need to use the car! Prices were also ok.

We really enjoyed the trip, and everything was great. The cottages were equipped with everything necessary, from air conditioning to a kitchen with all the needed utensils. It was also wonderful to come back from the beach at lunchtime and take a dip in one of the pools right next to the cottage. My son was thrilled. There was also a barbecue area, and it was quite comfortable. Parking was just a few steps from the house, so I personally had no problems finding a spot for the car. Wi-Fi was available throughout the entire complex; yes, at times, perhaps under heavy load, it wasn’t super fast, but overall it was sufficient for watching YouTube videos in good quality. And in general, the purpose of the trip was to relax, not to sit on the internet. Therefore, I can only recommend this hotel, and overall, it was a very good experience.

Great location, awesome facilities, basically it is like a little town itself. I asked at reception how many people were accomodated at the moment I was there - it was 7300, but you could not tell it is so many people. The camping has a couple of restaurants, pool area and beach area, than sports facilities, 15 or so bathrooms, toilet buildings and laundry rooms... great camping. recommend to everyone.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location. Well equipped, very clean. Check-in and check-out are easy. The campsite has everything you need for a holiday. Lovely accommodation, we are already thinking about returning!

We loved the quality of our mobile home and the way it was located in a quiet forest area overlooking a children's playground which our 4 year old loved. The home was beautifully clean and leant itself towards a holiday with extended family. We particularly liked the covered veranda as a social dining and relaxing space. The efficient air conditioning was very welcome for a good night's sleep. The pool area was great for us all and it was so nice to find so many quiet or busy little coves and spots for bathing along the coastline and for our 4 year old to explore. With a 3 month old there were lots of tree shaded spots close to the sea so everyone was happy. We loved our holiday in such a beautiful location at an extremely well managed site. We loved that there was a little bakery to buy pastries/bread and savory treats from and a fresh fruit stall as well as the supermarket. It was delightful discovering small bars and restaurants along the coastline all with beautiful views.
