My second year here and my husband already booked the next year as well. I love everything about this hotel. The food, the playground and pool for the kids and the amazing staff. They are really special and extraordinary! This is the perfect hotel to go skiing with kids. There is a shuttle from the hotel to schlick 2000.. Afternoon snacks and the cake for the birthday of my son that we ordered was delicious! For my 7th year old the staff was really special. He is learning English, made his own orders to them and they were very patient in listening to him. He even made a drawing in the end of our stay to give to them as a gift. ❤️

The property provides with a shuttle to a ski resort, half-board, an indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which is really relaxing after a long day of doing different activities. The hotel manager and staff make you feel comfortable and safe.

The food was great and the staff is great! We could cool off in the little lake in the garden after the sauna. Great wellness and relaxing area with an amazing view. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Lots of activities in the area.

Wonderful wellness hotel, we were only there one night but felt right at home & well looked after

We discovered this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be fantastic — it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults and two dogs. I highly recommend opting for the dinner package — the additional cost is more than worth it, as the meals were both delicious and satisfying. We were allowed to dine indoors with our dogs, although in a separate area which, as I understood, usually serves as the bar. It was cozy and, I would even say, intimate. The garage parking is quite narrow, and if you have a roof box, it’s not possible to enter. There is a spa with, I believe, four different saunas and a good swimming pool. A great added value is that the hotel provides a Stubai Region Card, which includes free access to cable cars to the Tyrolean peaks and other attractions. There are also swimming pools included, though we didn’t use them. If we ever happen to be in this area again, we will definitely stay here. The additional charge for a dog was, I believe, €15

“Fantastic stay”

The staff were really helpful, the food was very good and the spa was perfect at the end of a long day on the slopes. The room with a balcony was very comfortable and large.

Great location, perfect shuttle service to Schlick 2000, good facilities, great service and food and drinks. It was our second time here. If coming back to Schlick 2000 than we will definitely come back to this hotel. I would highly recomment it!

Nice mountain hotel, well maintained with all needed facilities for a comfortable family stay. We stayed with a family of four and a dog, the room was large and comfortable, breakfast and dinner was sufficient to fit everyone’s taste. Great that there are plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.

Great location, really friendly staff special thanks to Žaneta, she was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, always smiling. Plenty of choice for food. We had a mountain view room with a balcony, the view was stunning and worth every penny although the room was a bit small for 3 people, not much room to move. Spa facilities were also great but only if not many people using the facilities as it's smaller than it looks on the photos. Would definitely recommend

“The best hotel to stay with the whole family!”

I cannot thank this hotel enough to what they have done during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and they are well prepared and get used to little guests. My son has allergy to milk and the trip was meant to celebrate his birthday. We were not sure what to expect but the service to us and especially to the non-dairy meals were extraordinary (below pictures)! Every day they made a special dessert on dinner time to my son, totally different from the menu and made sure they were delicious. On the last day, the day of his birthday, we ordered a chocolate cake and I brought some decoration and ask them to place in the cake. They once more excel in their service! Even though I did not tell them to put in the cake special fruits, they notice that every day my son went for our raspberries and fulfill the cake with lots of them, not to mention, they decorated our table. So so kind! Despite the food, the shuttle service was also great. There is some slot of time that the shuttle does not work ( 11:00-15:00) but if you book in advance for extra 10 € and the driver is available, they get you there. Pool and playground area was also very nice. In summary, I would say this is the best hotel I have stayed with my kids so far! We are definitely coming back again as the region is also very good for skiing and the big ski school (stubai tirol) is also very nice!
