Overview
Situated a 3-minute stroll from the ski bus stop, the family-run Grubenhof guest house is housed on a farm in the Tyrolean countryside. Each accommodation unit is equipped with its own private balcony. The impressive Stubai Glacier is visible in the distance. Guests at the Pension Grubenhof can choose between self-catering apartments or en-suite rooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Every morning, a breakfast is served made with home-grown products from the farm. The on-site bar has a cosy fireplace. The farm has cows, horses, and sheep. Pony rides are also offered free of charge. Guests with children can borrow high chairs and strollers. The lawn and sun deck are ideal for relaxing or playing. The closest ski resort, Schlick 2000, lies 1 km from the house. In summer, the adventure park, 1 km away, offers numerous activities. An outdoor swimming pool is found 700 metres from the Pension. During the summer and autumn school holidays, children from 4 to 15 years of age can take part in the activities of the Big Family children's club free of charge. In winter, they receive a 5% discount on children's ski lessons and admission to the ice rink and the StuBay swimming pools. From 13 May to early 24 October 2021, the Stubai Super Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and public transport in the valley and to Innsbruck.

The host was super nice, we arrived after opening times but this was no problem! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was really good for hiking via public transport, the provided stubai super card was amazing and we made a lot of use of it!

The room was nice size and balcony view was super good! Accommodation was peaceful, quiet and location was good. Local tram left right next from the hotel.

The furnishings in the rooms are simple but functional. I appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment. A spacious balcony with a beautiful view.

Great place, nice hosts, really helpful. Nice breakfast, not far from the bus station. Big room, with a fridge and a TEAPOT!!! Which is amazing because I could drink tea in the evening. The hosts let me keep my luggage on the premises, change my close in the evening, after riding and even helped getting to the bus station! Totally recommend!

Nice spacious room with balcony overlooking the valley. Great to have a Kettle and fridge in the room. The property was family ran and very homely and it was nice to be greeted by a lovely big friendly dog named Johnnie in the morning's.

Magical location with a real family vibe. The host, Maria, and her family are excellent; warm and hospitable people. They took extra care to accommodate our requests. The breakfast location with the scenic views and quality of food was our favorite part of the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean.

“Perfectly located to explore Stubaital”
The “Pension” is perfectly located in Stubaital with a lot of possible leisure trips in the direct surrounding. We will definitely come back for a longer stay to explore the beautiful area.
