We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift. Every evening, we were treated to delicious three-course dinners, always thoughtfully prepared and very satisfying. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The room was clean, with no unwanted odors at all, not even strong detergent or cleaning product smells, which we really appreciated. The view overlooking the lift was very nice, and the overall environment was peaceful and quiet, allowing for true relaxation. We also enjoyed the charming spa area, a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Overall, a memorable experience that we would recommend.

There was alot to like about this property. Food was very good, staff very friendly and helpful. They provided transport to the ski lift in the morning, a short downhill walk back in the evening. Hotel was in a quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of Fulpmes. I took the bus from Innsbruck rail station and on the return journey, you can get the ride free if you stay at the hotel, you have to get a coupon for this.

Very nice sauna facilities, close to the ski resort, transport was even offered to the ski resort, nice variety at breakfast

The place and view are amazing. People who work there are very friendly and they make you feel at home. Attention to details and hospitality are great in this hotel. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was very friendly! The manager was also helpful and kind. Delicious food for dinner, very close to the slopes. A very nice SPA zone and 3 saunas to choose from.

The breakfast was amazing, lots of selection. The dinner was very good too. My room had a balcony and was large and comfortable. The views are lovely and the pool and garden too. Just below schlick 2000 so easy access into mountains. Little train was lovely and Fulpmes although small had bars, cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. I was dropped at the train station when I left

Excellent accommodation, big and fully equipped apartment perfect for our short snow trip on winter. WiFi a bit slow, but only when several devices connected. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent in just one word. Will definitely return.
