Cozy, clean, new and spacious. The apartment is as described. Location is also excellent, 5 mins drive to Schlick 2000 and 30 mins drive to Stubai. Kitchen facilities are new and adequate. The host Florian welcomed us upon our arrival and explained everything. He was also very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, spacious and always nice and warm. The service of baked goods being delivered is fantastic. The apartment is about a short 5 minute walk to the town, with everything close by.

We used the accommodation with the whole family at the end of September and hiking with children around the area. The apartments are beautiful, new and clean. We thank Mr. Lanthaler for this stay and arranging everything we needed. We will be happy to return in the winter season, when the children are older.

Great location on the edge of the town with great views across the valley and up to the mountains. Florian was a great host and the apartment was first class. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious.

Great location - for town and for the swimming which our daughter loved. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well kitted out. Bathroom had a lovely walk in shower.

It is difficult to know where to start as the property is perfect, the best we have had the pleasure of staying in over many years travelling in Austria. Ideally situated in a quiet location with excellent views, it is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable beds, living room, well equipped kitchen and flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms.. The friendly owner, Florian, who lives in the village, is a treasure and likes to ensure you are happy with everything in your apartment or need information on travel and amenities in the area. Something to consider if, like us, you do not have a car: the nearest shop is a ten-minute walk away down a steep hill which means you have to carry your shopping back up the hill. We were so impressed that we are looking at dates to book for next year.

“Superclean, super service, super nice.”

All is brand new, and the used materials are of high quality (doors, tiles, etc.). Our room/ appartement (‘Kreuzjoch’) had a nice porch with direct access to a nice big grass garden which was perfect for the children to play in. The view is amazing as well. We traveled by public transport on arrival, and the tram had a stop very near to the apartment. We took a taxi on the way back to Innsbruck Airport, which is well worth doing as it them just takes 25 minutes (cost 55 euros). The local swimming pool is within walking distance, which also was really nice (clean, warm pool inside & outside, 2 nice water slides, and also had an indoor trampoline par attached to it. All the rest was also nice, such as a VERY friendly owner, reachable by WhatsApp for quick questions / tips, etc. We would definitely recommend to stay there.

Superb accommodation, very spacious, great location, amazing view, very clean. The accommodation had everything we needed, even down to little details like a clothes airer to hang out our skiing clothes, ample of cutlery and crockery we could just load up the dishwasher without running out! It was so clean and fresh and very comfortable. As a group of 5 there was so much space to eat and socialise around the dining table with a great view. Also a lovely sized balcony and dining table to sit and chill. Black out blinds and very quiet at night. Could also order croissants and bread to be delivered the next morn at good prices. The host was also available, either at the accommodation or answered messages very quickly. Would definitely stay here again, we all wished we could've stayed longer
