“Accommodation like home, comfort, peace, quiet.”
We arrived at the accommodation and didn't know how to get the keys. The documents state that we should call the phone number provided for communication. But unfortunately, we heard that the number was not in service. We called the booking customer service line and we also didn't get through. We were worried whether we would be able to check in. We rang the bell marked with the accommodation. Nothing happened. Then we tried the private bell. A lady opened the door for us and everything was completely fine. I recommend checking the phone number and specifying the check in.
