“Good place to stay and explore the area.”
Very friendy staff. Good breakfast. Welcome bar and happy hour is a nice touch. The view is just on the castle. Good location, it is just by the station.

“Wonderful stay”
There's absolutely nothing that we didn't like. The room was huge with amazing view to Fukuyama castle. We got wonderful Lululun face masks as a check in gift and the complimentary buffet breakfast was the best that we had in our one month trip. The staff was just superb and we wished we had booked more nights to be able to stay at Vessel Inn. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, but just one minute walk from the train station.

“Incredible view and location”
The view of the castle and location were excellent. Free welcome drinks and coffee in the morning was a bonus. Room was large with everything we needed.

Hotel location extream perfect, the other side of JR rail, and the other side is castle entrance, the best visit is after breakfast and take a walk there.

“Comfortable with castle views”
This was a great location with a view of the castle. The twin room was large so we didn’t feel cramped as mother and son. The staff were helpful and the welcome drinks meant we could relax without going out to look for a place for a drink / coffee

“Great place”
The localization was great, just next to the castle and train station. Beds were comfortable and rooms were small, but very clean and nice. There was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests. The breakfast was delicious.

“A great place to stay”
Location was sensational, next to the JR station and Fukuyama castle. Room was larger than a lot of Japanese hotels and it all seemed clean and new. We had a great view( which we paid extra for) of Fukuyama castle from our room window.

Excellent location right near the station so easy for transit and for food. Excellent value for money from welcoming drinks to the breakfast. Beautiful views of the castle. Could not have asked for more.

The castle is the best in the entire area after having tried the other hotels. Bed is very comfy and the staff are all very nice and helpful. They have a nice welcome drink service near the front desk after 2:00 p.m. don't forget to try it out. Even though the windows are not large but the position on the entire area of the castle the walls and the gardens is magnificent and it is a great pleasure to see it from the room. They have many additional amenities that you can photo for free on request. Very close to the shinkansen station will definitely stay here again when coming to this wonderful town.

“Fantastic Stay with a castle outside your window.”
Great location with amazing view of Fukuyama castle day and night. 1 minute walk from the train station. Peaceful. Large room, large bed, good size bathroom, clean towels every day. Everything you need. Quietly efficient. Just one minute to the castle grounds. We spent a couple of nights, to see the castle and the other two museums. The Art Museum has fantastic views of the castle from the other side. Would recommend staying a couple of nights, if you can.
