The bed was very comfortable. The room a tad too small ... but was value for money. Loved I could see greenery and mountains. Great location from railstation. Breakfast was different ... tasty for a hot dog. The staff excellent. Arigato go zei mus

Excellent location, close to the train station and Fukuyama Castle. Staffs are polite and extremely helpful. Onsen bath at the nearby hotel is a bonus.

Lovely comfortable stay with special touches throughout the property that makes it feel more boutique than the price range would suggest. Quiet but close to the station for easy train and bus access, as well as the Fukuyama Castle complex.

Booked the hotel, not realising it was 38 mins out of Hiroshima. But it was very handy to the train station. Nice rooms with a balcony. Staff were very nice and helpful

Beautifully designed suite room featuring local blue denim fabric and lots of light wood. Nice cosy bar where they offered welcome drinks and also served breakfast. Free use of the onsen at the sister hotel next door.

Proximity to the station and castle. Walkable to lots of lovely shops and places of interest. Like the use of the Onsen in sister hotel The Oriental and the free use of bikes there. Breakfast was nice and staff very happy and friendly. Drop off bags early was also a bonus!

“Gem of a hotel”

The rooms offered in this hotel are very generous and offers up good use of space. The staff are really nice and sociable, and the black coffee is a good blend also. The location is very good, 3 minute walk from the station, 2 minute walk from the convenience store, and 5 minutes from the Fukuyama castle. Restaurants and shopping are close by (on the other side of the station).

Beautiful hotel with good price, stylish denim/wood room interior, comfortable bed and small refrigerator in the room. Amazing staff and cozy little cafe at the ground floor. Just a few minutes walk from Fukuyama station and castle.

Friendly welcoming staff. The room had a tradional low bed which was extremely comfortable. We we given a complimentary welcome drink. Breakfast was served in the cafe or it could be taken back to the room. Would recommend

Only a few minute walk from the train station, and other big attractions like the Fukuyama Castle. Very sweet staff, and left us such a lovely gesture in our room as we were celebrating our 2 year anniversary together. The room was big, the bed was so comfy, and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast that was included with our room was great! We loved the hot dogs, and they pack them up so nicely when you take away instead of eating at the hotel. Definitely would stay here again if I were to come back to Fukuyama.

Funky, well designed hotel with friendly staff and a good location near the train station and the castle. The breakfast was an interesting take but tasty and it was a bonus that we could use the bath in the hotel next door.
