Stayed 3 nights this time. Great hotel to relax in the middle of our holiday. The staff were friendly. The onsen was excellent. Very much enjoyed the food and sake. Will definitely come back.

“Wished we could stay longer”
Everything. Absolutely beautiful Didn’t dine at the restaurants but they looked cool. 7/11 virtually next door for snacks and meals if you want So many little touches like ice water jug ready and lovely toiletries for use

We liked everything about this resort. The outdoor onsen was excellent. The location is in bit remote but we liked that. The only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

“Two night at Iisaka Onsen in January”
The onsen was nice, clean and very enjoyable. The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and bright. We also had our own balcony 7-1 on the diagonal.corner was convenient . 15 to 20 minute walk to local eateries for dinner. Very quite town and felt very safe walking around at night. Very nice breakfast with a large assortment of dishes and vegetables (veg and vegan)

“Exceptionally good.”
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Bedding was comfortable. Onsen was awesome. Had a great dinner at the pub. Food was delicious and service staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

I love the Japanese style room, it was very spacious and comfortable and bright. The futon was laid out every night while I was having dinner, and packed away during the morning cleaning. Dinner was excellent, the hot spring baths relaxing. The property is very well set up, very well looked after, cleaned, and very well maintained, making it very comfortable
