The bed was comfy, and staff was helpful when asked for help. Good water pressure, and good amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very traditional Japanese which added to the experience.

“Great value for money”
Breakfast, onsen, and dinner included in the price. Location was central enough. The staff was very professional. I would love to come back.
