APA - brilliant chain hotel. Everything was spot on, from the room, to cleaning to the suggestions on TV on how to property wear your yukata and what to do and visit in Japan. Nice touch.

“Was OK, but for the check in process.”
The check in process was a disaster. The staff tried hard. It was about 30 minutes before we could get access to our room. Having every turn up at 3.00 is not a good idea. Then there were problems with the check in system. We stated at other AHA hotels in Japan, similar problems.

Great location right by train station with lots of parking around as I drive in from Tokyo. Easy access via car or train. Very comfy bed. Best one I've had staying in an Apa. The staff were really nice. Very pleasant and friendly and willing to help. Always ready with a hello, good evening, etc.
