Very well located, clean with all the facilities needed

The bunker bed is pretty soft and clean. They even have a window so you can let fresh air in. The lounge on the ninth floor is all set, and the staff will be making breakfast there every morning. The bathroom is well-maintained and clean. I'm happy to say that the stuff is very professional. Overall, the cost/performance ratio is really worth to give it a try.

“Great hostel!”

Room was clean and comfortable although was on the smaller side. Shared bathrooms and lounge / kitchen were actually really good! The free breakfast was basic but was a good start to the day. Shout out to the staff that were very friendly and helpful. The hostel is accessible by public transport, walking to main areas can take some time however. Was a good stay in a comfortable hostel.

Employees were very kind and helpful, the location was perfect as easily accessible from the airport and at a walkable access from our activities. The room was fine and we enjoyed having a sink for our personal use. We loved the lounge as it was very confortable with a cosy vibe. The showers were very private with a lot of space per cabin.

As most of the reviews mentioned, the location is perfect. Just 2 mins walk from Nakasu-Kawabata station and you can get to everywhere easily. 2 convenient stores and a bakery are just around the corner, tons of restaurants nearby. Appreciate that they even have some log books for specific food and spots recommendations. I stayed in the mixed dorm with 30+ guests but the room and the place we shared are always clean. Staff are welcoming, they speaks fluent English and always willing to help.

Breakfast is included and they are really caring about details. The best hostel during my stay in Japan.

“Attentive staff, clean and cosy environment”

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was walking distance to amenities like convenience stores, Donki and train stations and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay as well. Was impressed with how clean the beds and washrooms were and I liked that we could lounge at the common area upstairs. Overall favourite hostel in Japan so far!

I stayed in the mixed cabin floor and it was clean and well-organised. There's sinks and toilets on the cabin floor and showers are on another floor. There's sufficient private shower cubicles with wet-dry partition. Bed was comfy and location was near Nakasukawabata Sation.

Open and inviting lounge area, with books and a cosy reading area. I love that there are tables for both groups and individuals. Free breakfast - yoghurt, milk, cereal, bread, carrot juice, tea and coffee Elevator! Good security - need key card to operate the lift. Rooms need keycard access. Can store medium sized luggage under the beds in the room, unlike some hostel where the luggage area is some distance from the beds Railing in the cubicle to hang clothes, though i appreciate having even more! I also appreciate the narrow shelf in the cubicle to place the items you are charging so you dont have to place all of them on the bed. Love that there is this sheet you can place between you and the duvet for hygiene. Love the cubicle lighting where you can adjust the brightness with a knob.
