The front desk male staff was so helpful ( worked at overnight shift during our staying, and I believe he is the only male at the front desk). He always gave us a big smile and approached you for helping immediately without asking. The price was so reasonable and got the delicious free breakfast. If you travel by train with big suitcase. Exit A6 for the elevator.

“Nice staff, room was smaller than shown online”
The staff were absolutely amazing. Even when there was a language barrier, they worked hard to help me. I couldn't figure out the issue with my faucet and the front desk lady came up to show me herself. It was very nice. I was upset with the room, and while she couldn't help me with that, she was very understanding. The location was amazing. Right outside a train station and close to lots of amenities. And the neighbourhood was nice. I hope this hotel pays their staff well, because they deserve it. They are the main reason I stayed at the hotel for my whole stay here.

“Good budget hotel in city center”
De check in service is really easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. Also, the location is very close to Hakata station so it's very convenient.

“Great value for money, location, I would recommend and would stay again.”
Everything was very convenient. It was close to the station, staff were friendly and helpful even to a foreigner with little Japanese, breakfast was great.

Centrally located - 100 meters from subway, 800 meters from JR/shinkansen, good breakfast selection, fresh towels delivered to the room door daily, staff were friendly and helpful.
