Great location, nice big rooms - great stay for a family.

“Great for families!”

Stayed for slightly more than a week in this hotel and can't find any complaints. Took the residential twin room with the kitchenette for the extra space since having an active 3 year old, space is important. Cleanliness were good enough and with the option to change the towels daily. Shower is amazing. Would definitely recommend to families since the rooms have the convenience of washer dryer and the kitchenette (if you were to choose this room type). Note: The hotel is really close to the Tenjin-Minami station (Exit 6 bout 3 mins walk) and to those looking for elevator (accessibility for strollers) to this station, look for Exit 2 which is beside the Daimaru departmental store (about 6-8 mins walk from the hotel).

“Right in the heart of Tenjin”

The hotel situates right at the heart of Tenjin, which is a bustling neighborhood filled with izakayas, bars, yatai/food stalls, shopping malls/department stores, etc. It's basically embodies a different kind of vibe compared to Hakata in our previous Fukuoka visit. Everything is perfectly within walking distances - this is particularly important for us traveling with 4-yo kid. The room has everything you'd need and expect. Bonus amenities definitely go to the washing machine, which does save our lives after a few days trip with dirty clothes. We'd also prefer the toilet separated from the bathroom but I guess we couldn't ask for more with this price point, location and service level. Breakfast buffet is relatively simple and has far less options compared to others, but it serves its purpose.

“Better for a short stay but great location”

Fantastic location for public transport, shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. When I first saw the room I was super disappointed but it grew on me. Bathroom had a bath which was great, good pressure in the shower. Great hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Air con easy to control and worked well. USB ports at the bedside. Tiny kitchen space but useful to have a sink outside of the bathroom. The washer dryer worked well.

Located in tenjin, few minutes walk to the Tenjin metro and the underground shopping street at 10 mins walk to Canal City. Drugstores and convenience shops are all in the vicinity. Staffs were responsive and very accommodating with luggage storage. Very grateful for that! Our room was spacious (2 of us stayed but the room was intended for 3), with separate shower (comes with a big bath tub), toilet, and getting ready area. Washing and drying machine was extremely quiet. We also have a small kitchenette with microwave.

Washer and dryer in the room. Good locations with alot if nice restaurants within walking distance.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff. Humidifier and Washing machine provided. Coffee free whole day. Able to store luggage before check-in. Dispensing hand foam in the toilet beside the common toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Tenjin area where you can easily do all of your shopping via the Tenjin underground. Room is spacious and came with washer + dryer which is always great! Convenient stall was located right at the ground floor of the hotel which is a plus!

“Perfect hotel in Fukuoka”

We liked everything, room was very spacious and clean. Loved the bed and bedsheets. Loved the water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Breakfast is located at the italian resto at ground floor, very tasty breakfast. Walking distance to train & bus station and yatai around.

Location- near to station. Short walk into Tenjin shops and nightlife. Short walk to park , River and Canal City shopping mall. Good sound proofing.
