Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near to canal city and also near to the yattais near the river. The view over the river was very nice. If you want some cocktails there is a bar right next to the hotel. There is an afternoon tea service which is super nice. We were on honeymoon and got an individual message.

Everything. The room we booked was so spacious. The room itself was lovely. The location was close to the river where the yatai stalls are. The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious. I would book here again if I returned to Fukuoka.

Many thanks to the lovely reservation team and hotel staff who accomodated my requests for a quiet corner room on the top floor. We were able to have restful sleep as such.

“Lovely Room, Great View and Kind Staff”
Great hotel, conveniently located within the city. The room was exceptional, and the bed was comfortable, and the room came with a balcony view of the river and the surrounding city. The shower/bath is nicely sized with free amenities. The staff are also very kind and accommodating, giving us complimentary food service on check-in, and we were able to check out very early at 2 am.

Very spacious, clean well appointed hotel. Close to all the main city attractions and shopping districts. Lots of local and international restaurants. Welcome afternoon high tea a pleasant surprise.

Great location, walking distance to attractions and subway. Room had all that we needed, our 'welcome' afternoon tea was appreciated. Comfy large bed. Great view from balcony, we also used the balcony to store our luggage giving us more space in room.
