“Convenient and comfy stay to go to aquarium and park”
It's right next to the aquarium and 5 mins walk to the park. Nice view of the ocean. Good quality breakfast. Comfy and spacious room. Good public bath. Shuttle bus close to the main hakata station.

“Perfect for family heading to marine world”
Perfect breakfast! Spacious room, super welcoming staff! They prepared their own fireworks for count down, it was fantastic experience! Enjoyed the public bath few times but we didn’t have time to try the spa. We will book again in summer season next time.

“Excellent”
The clerks at the front desk , they are so cordially, especially we want to thank K. Yoshimori San for her help with our steps rental. We will definitely come back again. In the evening we went to restaurant inside the hotel and had a delicious dinner , thank you all .

“Great for a resort stay and rooms big and clean”
The size of the room was fabulous and had a balcony. All inroom amenities were great. Staff were excellent and spoke good English. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

“Luxurious Luigan Spa and Resort”
It's a pity that we couldn't stay longer than a night because the place was gorgeous. We had a beautiful view of the water from several windows and generous balcony (which we unfortunately didn't have time to use) The rooms were spacious, well appointed with amenities and had a real luxury feel. We loved the place and highly recommend it.
