The room was good — clean, comfortable, and as expected. The hotel has decent facilities, and everything worked well during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, a solid and straightforward stay.

“It was OK - wifi not stable in my room was not great - but the breakfasts were amazing”
Breakfast was excellent - and given they are called the Breakfast hotel - no qualms there - so much variety to choose from.

Loved our stay here, the location is great, staff is so kind. The breakfast was awesome, maybe little too expensive but worth it! The room is great, bathroom clean and more spacious than we saw in other hotels in Japan. Coffee, water, drinks available all day, all you can drink beers for super affordable price every night.

The extra stuff that came eg happy hour drinks $5 all you can drink 4h plus buffet breakfast for $20 plus the hotel is a really great place ❤️
