Excellent location close to the train station, subway and shopping streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty information material and free coffee available in the lobby to plan the stay. Shared coin-operated laundry machines available (status can be seen from the room TV system) and during our stay the hotel was quite full, so it required a bit of timing to get a slot for one of the machines. Hotel onsen was nice.

Great location, nearby station and Hakata canal. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and private bathroom. Onsen was nice, not too much amenities at the dressingroom, just take your own. Very friendly staff and coin laundry

The room is clean, staffs are nice and professional, the big bath is a treat for travellers! The location is superb, within 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. There are many choices of restaurants nearby and a convenience store just around the corner.

“Great service and great location!”
They thoughtfully arranged two rooms opposite each other near the elevator for my parents, who are over 80. This was especially considerate, as it reduced the amount of walking they needed to do. The hotel is also well located, and having on-site parking is a plus. However, do note that larger vehicles are not permitted in the hotel car park, although an alternative parking facility is available just opposite the hotel.

“Great value stay, comfy beds”
Staff were so friendly and they were able to help with everything we needed. Hotel was lovely with a Starbucks on the ground floor and restaurants available aswell. Room was decent sized, could fit our 2 luggage’s as well as a window seat.
