The location is perfect. Close to Hakata station (10 minute walk; 15 minutes with kids). Close to a Family Mart and a Lawsons. Taxis can stop right at the hotel's doorstop which is great when you have luggage. Bath soap smells really good!

We booked three single rooms. The hotel is near Hakata Station and there are convenience stores nearby. The bed and pillows are perfect, I always get a good night sleep (and it's not just because I am tired from all the walking). The staff are nice and helpful, even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We availed the breakfast and while the spread is the same everyday, we didnt get tired of it. My favorite part of the stay is the afternoon snacks and 24/7 coffee. Love the macarons!

Appreciate the complimentary coffee at the lobby and daily snacks. Location wise is pretty good as it is just a short walk from Sapporo station. Travellers can use the escalator at miyako hotel exit instead of the stairs. Don’t expect much from the TV though, mostly are the sales channels.

Easy walk from the station with lots of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Friendly staff. Room is small but has everything you need. The tottette snack was a nice touch.

Thr 24hr free coffee and afternoon tea cakes. Daily change of towels & garbage cleanup. The extremely hot water supply. The delicious Japanese & Western buffet breakfast. The microwave oven at the reception was a very helpful & convenient utensil to a solo traveller as well as families.

Not far from Hakata Station about 10 min walk. Staff can speak english. The room is clean. They have free snack like donut, egg tart every day. And I was suprised they have a hair straightener for us to borrow.

“A good short term stay”

Prime location near Shinkansen gate exit of Hakata Station. (About 5-10 mins walk) Beds were comfortable and a choice between western and Japanese style pillows was provided. The air conditioning was lovely and cool with minimal disruptive noise.

Free pastries,ice cream and coffee every afternoon. Luggage storage and staff booked us a taxi because it was raining. It's 10mins Walk to the station.
