Location: Super near the main Hakata station for JR lines so getting around was super easy, shops were nearby and plenty of kombini and restaurants for food. Rooms: Small but worked amazingly. The bed was super comfortable and you could choose however many pillows you wanted to the exact firmness. Rooms came with a Yukata to wear during your stay instead of pyjamas which was just that extra bit more fun for a westerner. The room was controlled by a tablet with smart home capabilities so you could view the status of laundry or onsen while also setting scenes and choosing specifics for the lights or AC in your language. Services: Free alcohol drinks in the afternoon were a nice touch, check-in was SMOOTH-like super quick and you get given a code to enter your room so no fuss with losing a card. Checkout was just bin the code for the room and leave on time. Staff spoke som English and the rooms had blazing-fast wifi. I wish I booked more from this chain.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed every small piece of their promotional papers talking about local specialized dishes and recommended happy hour recipes. I love the wide range of choices over pillow! I feel like my sleep quality has been much improved during the stay.

The Onsen was very clean and great to relax after a day out. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast.

Location (10 mins to Hakata station), very helpful and English speaking staff, an exceptional range of amenities (including a choice of pillows!), onsen for travel tiredness, good range at breakfast (featuring many local produce) and also open bar drinks until 9pm (including their own homemade fruit flavoured vodka and liqueur).

Received an upgrade to a larger room upon arrival rather late in the evening. Simple and fast check-in. Easy to reach from Incheon airport. Very nice café close by where you can get a good breakfast and coffee while waiting for your flight.

I like everything that the hotel has to offer. Can pick up extra pillows by yourself. There are pajamas and skincare products to choose from. Pick up by yourself every day.

The room was quiet with nice furnishing and finishes. There was a free drink bar. Self-serve amenities were good. The location is fine although not as close to the station as others.
