Very convenient location between hakata and tenjin and with convenience store just a minute walk away. Bedding is super comfortable.

Large room for 2 people. Microwave and washing machine appreciated. Clothes airer was available which meant clothes dried quickly. Location was ok, just over a km to both Hakata and Fujin Stations.

This was our first room in Japan, and we loved it. The staff was nice and helped us check-in. Very good location in general, close to stores/mall/shrines, and quite peaceful. Complimentary items in reception for your stay.

The elevator makes it easy to get to your floor. The staff is friendly and happy to help. There is a convenience store nearby. There is complimentary items in the reception. It was enjoyable.

Good location, very short walk to Canal City. Incredibly spacious, can house several guests at once or very comfortable alone. Well equipped, akin to an apartment with full kitchen and dining tables present. Check in and check out was simple. Tatami room was a nice addition.

The amenities where great for both short and long stays, kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. Bed was very comfortable, and the washingmachine was easy to use. All information was available in english and the the staff was polite and helpful.

This apartment had lots of space! Definitely the plus side. Our apartment was economically decorated (unlike some in the photos) think IKEA with tatami mats. It was a little out of the way but could still walk to Canal City and the Hakata Station - just plan to walk. It’s a self check in, unmanned hotel - so keep this in mind too when you book.

“Excellent Place”

I like that the place is close to Hakata Station and Canal City mall. The size of the property easily accomodated 5 adults. The staffs were very helpful and nice.
