Clean, tidy great location

Location was great - it’s in a quiet street but Hakata station is still very accessible on foot. Close to a great ramen restaurant and other food options. The room was comfortable and clean. They even provide free umbrellas for people to borrow. The lobby always smelled good. Overall very quiet, but you can still hear people opening/closing doors late at night, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs.

“Excellent location and hospitality, commendation for staff named Shunnosuke Waki”

I would like to give a special commendation to a gentleman staff named -- Shunnosuke Waki. He was really hospitable, friendly, and polite; upon realizing that i was unable to see the Sakurajima due to the fog and rain, he recommended me some personal spots from his own childhood experiences. This was beyond his professional job, but he went the extra mile for me, which totally made my day and trip, and this kindness goes a long way. Highly recommended hotel, very convenient, clean, and of course excellent staff. P.S Management, if you are reading this, Shunnosuke Waki San deserves a raise/commendation.

Super convenient, close to Hakata station. Great mattress and good size of the room and it has everything you need. Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is a short walk away from Hakata station (5 minutes) and not far from Canal City and shrines. It has what a hotel needs to have (clean bed and towels, soap and shampoo, kettle, fridge, hairdryer...).

Location, clean, well organised. Very comfy beds.

“Pleasant stay but repetitive breakfast”

It is the standard japanese-quality business hotel so I had a pleasant stay. It had everything you need.

The location was very quiet and convenient, close to the station, restaurants and car hire. Comfortable beds and cushions. Very clean and recently renovated. Twin bed room size very good, double (standard) room size ok.
