Bathroom was spacious although the shower room had a weird musty smell. The airon functioned well and quietly. Breakfast was okay for the price.

“Great location, easy to get to and clean”

The hotel is a short walking distance from Hakata Station and nearby shopping malls. Even though it's right next to the train track it wasn't very noisy. The room was good size and comfortable for one person, and the bathroom wasn spacious. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy and quick. I'd stay here again in Fukuoka!

Prime location, near Hakata station with a lot of facilities nearby. Staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean. Coffee from the coffee machine at the Reception level was great. Perfect for one night stay.

The location was close to the main railway station in a narrow street. It was very clean and the bed linen and towels were good quality. Cleaning was very thorough. There were some good places to eat nearby, and a well stocked supermarket. It was quiet despite being near the railway line. .

“Perfect room but not the ideal location”

The checkin was a breeze and the staff is so helpful. A lot of supplies available in the lobby. I find the room very perfect and I love the most the bathroom. It's very rare to find non-unit bath and appreciate so much the bath after a long day of sightseeing. Had a very comfortable stay and the bed is nice and soft. I also like that there's two pillows even though I booked the room for only one person. You can hear the sound of the trains passing by; I'm not bothered with it but will not be suitable for light sleepers.

booked this hotel twice during my trip as i was traveling out of Fukuoka. the hotel kindly help to keep my luggage till my 2nd check in. although self help check in counters were available, the staff still came out of their station to assist me in case I had any issues and kindly showed me the amenities that i can pick up. the luggages they help to stored was also move to my room before i check in, appreciate that!

walkable to hakata station which was the main reason i booked as i have an early train to catch. staff i met was all nice and friendly, communication is a breeze in english although i dont speak japanese. hotel helped me to store my luggage for a few days when im out of hakata till my 2nd booking date. pleasant surprise that they have already move my luggage into my room when i check in. my room has a nice view of the train track, The noise is not as bad as i thought, but ear plugs are provided if needed. amenities are very thoughtful, bath salt of various types are provided for free, self help laundry are available as well

The location is good. The amenities are good eg. coffee in room and a pants pressing machine. Room is spacious too in Japan standard . Staff is helpful too.

Since there were no triple rooms available, we needed to book two separate rooms. I requested that they be as close together as possible and on a higher floor. To my delight, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! The staff's attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.

I needed accommodation for about two weeks near Hakata Station, so this hotel was a perfect choice. It was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and I stayed alone in a double room. Very convenient with a laundry room at the hotel, as well as other amenities like various toiletries. I received water, drip coffee, and tea every day. Breakfast was served as a buffet with Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed trying a little bit of everything. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were quick to help. I had a lovely two weeks at the hotel and would be happy to return.
