Room was larger, nicer, and much more comfortable than we expected, which was great. We loved the kettle in the kitchen (we're British, sorry, it's a priority) and the other things in the kitchen were good. We had many additional amenities in the room, including some very nice skincare, with more that one could get freely at front desk. Shower was very nice. We were aware that the front desk was largely unmanned, and we found no issues with the check-in system. The staff we did speak to were polite and helpful, and responded to our concerns. Conbinis within walking distance.

Location is good and in a quiet area. Room is quite spacious for two people with two large luggages.

The place was clean and located at a convenient location. Good place to stay. The staff was helpful when we checked in. She was nice.

Definitely value for money. It was pity I only stayed there for 1 night. Very clean and comfortable. I was impressed that the room had even a washing machine!!Although it wasn't manned hotel, check in and out was pretty easy. Highly recommended.

“Repugnant Staff Is A Reflection Of Poor Management!”

Before the staffs were nice, respectful and courteous! Now they are replaced by extremely rude, irascible and disrespectful young female brat. My taxi had issues and was 15 minutes late in arrival. My appointment was 11:15am with them to hold my baggage but arrived 11:33am. The girl who took my call was so small and petty. She kept complaining on me that I was late and hence; she cannot keep my bags for me! She made it sound like I have just committed a crime against her for keeping her wait. Eventually, she came and kept my bags but not without consequences! In all she literally sent me 29 emails insulting me with words like “I AM FED-UP WITH SELF-CENTRED GUESTS LIKE US” (attached screenshot), justifying her reasons for insulting me, went back to guilt tripping me for being late and keeping her waiting! The lists goes on and on! How ludicrous and preposterous are these crazy staffs? Contacted the manager and all I received was playing victim to circumstances she created and loads of sarcasms! I seriously don’t recommend this place at all!

The room size, kitchen, bath tub, fridge, space, lawson nearby, bed comfortable, washing machine, clothing rack, drip coffee bag provided. Air purifizer provided in which is a must for winter season

“Good, cheap”

A very pleasant room size which is suitable for group of four friends to stay in FUK together. Especially, there is a washing machine, you can wash your clothes and do not have to bring to many clothes.
