“Beaut location, fairly well run but somewhat tired business hotel.”
It’s a good location amongst many izakayas and interesting streets. Staff are friendly and everything was clean.

Location was reasonably central and the rooms were adequate though typically small for Japanese hotels. The receptionists were polite and was clean inside the rooms. The beds were comfortable as well as the place being quiet.

The bed was too firm and there was no ac control in room so was sometimes too warm.

“Pleasant and close to alot of shopping locations! Air conditioning doesn't really work though”
I like the location as it's about a 10-15 minite walk from Tenjin Station, where alot of the shopping action is.

Excellent location for shopping and transportation hub for trains and buses. Much better than staying in Hakata. Vibrant day and night scenes. Hotel is basic, hence value for money if just need a place to rest tired legs.

The staff are pleasant and they supplied many toiletry items. The rooms a small but not as small as APA hotel rooms. The location was great.

“I only stayed the one night. But I was satisfied”
I had to leave early. So didn't have breakfast. The Reception Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great location, very expensive for the quality of the room.”
Great location, parking was available at hotel and also nearby but very expensive. Policies about parking weren't made super clear when booking, but the staff was nice about explaining. Assigned a smoking room at first, but the staff was accommodating about switching to a non-smoking room.

premium location with lots of shops right in front of the door and close to the metro. appears very luxury on the outside and solid equipment. you also have everything you need. price was fair for what you get and one of the cheapest around (still pricey though)
