“Great place to stay”
New hotel with modern facilities. Free flow drinking water from dispenser in lobby. Parking facility though limited. Subway 1 min walk away. Very clean. In an area close to convenience stores and restaurants (though close to too many bars)

Overall, the hotel is attractive and well-decorated. The room is spacious, with pleasing decor, and everything is clean. In summary, while my experience was good, there is definitely room for improvement. Additionally, while the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was enjoyable!

“Modern, comfortable stay perfect for the city”
We got a queen room and it was very comfortable and spacious enough by Japanese standards. The public bath was clean and relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. It was also very conveniently located, only a 2 min walk to the metro station and a short 10-15 min walk to Tenjin shopping area. We previously stayed in another boutique hotel near Hakata station, but Mitsui Garden is far superior! The lighting, sound proof, and details of the room were very well designed and made for a comfortable stay.

The reception staffs were courteous and very helpful. Their recommendation was excellent. The location was perfect for us. Like other Mitsui Garden Hotels, it was well located; near the station, easy to get to the airport, and restaurants and shopping centres are walking distance. Yet very quiet.
