The staff doesn't speak English and showed no willingness to help. At first, we received a very small room and asked to upgrade it for an extra fee. The breakfast is not appealing to a Western palate. There are only two washing machines and the queue is so long that it's impossible to do laundry easily. There are no hygiene products beyond the basics in the onsen. There was a bad smell in the room, and we got bitten during the night, possibly by something in the sheets. An unpleasant experience

Location is perfect. (Only 10 mins from Hakata Station by walk) Staffs are super kind. (Especially, forgot full name. Her name is Shinnarai something.. and she was trainee..maybe..) Food is also amazing.
