Good location, many places to shop nearby, although there are some dislikes below, they are not very important, some hotel staff are friendly and helpful, room is kept clean too

Public spaces were lovely especially the library/reading area. We enjoyed their selection of books. Nice to have public baths as well. Excellent location. Very close to where the airport bus drops you off and picks you up. Good option if you need a place to stay near Hakata Station.

“Satisfatory, within expectations”
Good location - short walking distance to train & other transport stations and restaurants. To my surprise, there is a public onsen, though small, for customers. Very brief breakfast - no complaint, it was free.

“Lovely and excellent location”
The location was excellent, less than 5 min walk to Hakata station. Staff were excellent. Easy check in and out. Simple breakfast included for free which was a nice bonus. The public bath was very relaxing and extra security for the women's bath (code needed for entry). Powerful shower and toilet worked well. Very calming hotel lobby with library. All amenities provided (toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, body wash).
