I had to fold the futon half to be able to get some cushioning, it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I love sleeping on futon generally and prefer hard mattress, but this was next level hard. The room smelled of damp and the tatami and cushions were dirty. There was very little storage space.

Fully automated check-in is nice. Another great thing is that rooms are locked with code lock, you don't need to rely on one single key for the whole group.

“The room, lokation and price is good. Making you pay tax again is not.”
Nice room, well equipped , close to center and station- walkable. Tatami is thin , but if you put two on top it is ok. You have to do the bed yourself. Very nice location, there is store and ramen shop next street .

“Nice room, fairly convenient location, but don't expect any service or assist.”
Location is good. Best value for money. The room is big comparing to other Japanese hotel. All facilities and amenities are new. The room also comes with kitchenette.
