The hotel is in an excellent location in Fukuoka, within easy walking distance of the canal area, restaurants, and transport. The building is modern, extremely clean, and very well maintained. One of the standout features was the public bath facility, which was beautifully kept and a great place to relax after a long day walking around the city. The room itself was comfortable and had a good window looking out over the surrounding streets and buildings, which made the space feel open rather than closed in. There is also a convenience store downstairs, which is very handy.

Location is good. Room is big for one person.

The hotel is clean, modern with good staff. Breakfast was fine. It is 15 min taxi from airport and 10 mins away walking to the main bus station. We didn’t get time to use the Onsen. We would stay there again for a night or 2.

the room was clean & the location was amazing. we could walk to the nakasu yatai stalls and even canal city hakata. the train station was also a 3 min walk away and we could easily take the train to the airport under 40mins. if you like a night cap, the highball bar at the ground floor of the hotel serves a great Nakasu Highball! a great way to kick start your trip in fukuoka (:

Review – Hotel Resol Trinity Hakata The hotel is very well located and offers convenient access to the surrounding area. It also has a very good restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of quality food. The staff showed outstanding customer care, kindness, and professionalism during my stay. I was travelling with my mother who uses a wheelchair. Upon arrival, I initially found that the assigned room was not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. However, the front desk team reacted very efficiently and quickly arranged a proper accessible room. Their support and positive attitude were truly appreciated. For future improvement, it would be helpful if the booking process included a clear option allowing guests to indicate wheelchair needs or request an accessible room in advance. It would also be beneficial if accessible rooms were preferably located on lower floors for easier evacuation in case of emergency, and if a dedicated lift supplied by emergency power could be considered. Additionally, the hotel could improve accessibility services by helping to arrange proper taxis suitable for wheelchair users, which would greatly facilitate transportation. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. The location, restaurant quality, excellent breakfast, and especially the kindness and efficiency of the staff made the stay very pleasant.

There were a lot of facilities for this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is pretty okay -- not in the best of places, but close enough to the main areas such as Hakata Station and Tenjin, which you can either walk (about 20mins) or take a train to.
