The staffs were exceptionally kind and helpful. I could truly feel Japanese omotenashi from the staffs. The facilities are pretty old but they are very well maintained. The cleaning service was perfect! This is one of the top classic hotel chains in Japan and this hotel really served up to its name! Very satisfied!

Sincerely one of the most comfortable hotels on this trip. Everything in the room made sense, people working here were very competent, it was just a really good hotel, and would come back here again.

“If you are reading this and weighing up your options, I would suggest giving this one a miss.”
The location was the main saving grace of this hotel—you really couldn’t beat it. However, there were many other hotels in the same area, and given a second chance, I would probably choose to stay elsewhere. We had two reservations for the same stay, and this feedback reflects the second room, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The staff, for the most part, were extremely helpful and polite.

“APIC 2026 @ Okura”
The staff attitudes and services were excellent. The staff were always ready to render assistant of any kind to guest, very attentive unlike one I visited even thouth it was an international hotel at the Canal City. The room was reasonably large by most hotel standard which was a plus point. The bed was clean, firm and comfortable. The pillow did not have the muggy odour in some hotels where you need to put the tower over it to alleviate the odour. The lifts four units, were usually available whenever you need to use it. Location is convenient to train station amd other amenities.

Execellent service and very nice staff. Close to subway with elavator exit or directly access to the hotel thru a mall, which is extremely convenient when you have a baby stroller or a lot of luggages. A baby-friendly hotel that can provide a normal size wooden baby crib, which help the trip a lot. There are many restaurants in the hotel, even a craft beer bar, but didn't have time to try this time.

Very spacious room. Can fit three beds and still room. Very nice view of the city. Lots of shops, supermarket and restaurant around. Great breakfast with a wide selection of bread, Japanese and western choice.
