“Great hotel and close to Hakata train station”
Staff were professional and also accommodating as I had a late check in due to golden week. The room and facilities were fantastic, staff are nice and helpful.

Loved the location. The hotel has direct access to the subway system that links directly to both Hakata Station and Gion Station, perfect for getting about in bad weather. The room we were in was spacious enough and well appointed. And the included breakfast options, both the Japanese set and regular breakfast buffet were excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Recommended.

“Good practical hotel near Hakata station”
Great location close to Hakata train station. Room was clean and there was a free ice machine. Staff are very professional and efficient. We don’t use the facilities in the hotel as only stayed one night but there’s a gym, onsen and restaurants. Ground level cafe area was busy with people taking afternoon tea. Lots of eating places around the hotel that are within walking distance.

“Not as good as our last stay”
This is the second time I stayed in this property as I was happy with this hotel. Older style hotel with large lobby, good size room, good amenities, close to station and friendly staff.
