This is a 5-star hotel and a lot of function hold here, so the services is awesome Foreign Exchange machine located at the lobby staff are friend and helpful in all aspect

“Convenient location”
The hotel is conveniently located within 1 minute’s walking distance to the subway station and only 3 stops from Hakata station. There are many restaurants and convenient stores located at the doorstep. The best part of our stay was how helpful the staff were. A special mention goes to Tran Thi who helped us with forwarding our luggage to another hotel in another prefecture. She gave a 101% to help answer all our questions and it was seamless. Despite her long work hours, she kept a smile on her face all the time.

The spacious entrance lobby is useful for drop off, less crowded location than Hakata, within 1 km walk to Canal City and other restaurants and shop. Room is good size, has study desk and massage chair which was very enjoyable.

“Old School Style Hotel”
From the moment the door swings open via the formally dressed bellhops ready to greet you the magic begins. Check in was so organised and the receptionist had trained in Toowoomba Qld of all places so we had a good old chat much to the amazement of the staff and Managers. The bellhop then personally escorts you to the room which has a metal key old style which is how the hotel is themed as a pleasant surprise. Room was very nice and close to train and convenience store next door. Very central area and I really enjoyed my stay with the ever friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and well appointed.
