The room is really spacious and the staff we met were all lovely and very helpful. Location is excellent... walkable to the main shopping belt and also canal city. 7-11 right across the street. The beds are very comfortable (as other reviewers have mentioned).

I liked the vibe of the hotel and the cafe below, though I realised too late I was entitled to a discount as a guest. Location was good - 5-10 min walk to the subway - lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. I enjoyed my stay in Fukouka very much and would recommend the hotel

A cosy and charming hotel featuring a stylish café that doubles as the lobby, creating a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The room was comfortably spacious for three guests, making the stay relaxing and convenient. Service was excellent throughout—from reception to housekeeping—with great attention to detail. Although the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) spoke limited English, he was incredibly helpful, arranging a taxi within minutes and assisting us with our luggage all the way to the pick-up point. Housekeeping was thoughtful and proactive, providing fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities outside the room even when we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. The café downstairs has a cool ambiance and serves good coffee and desserts. It also appears to be the only café in the immediate vicinity, which makes it a nice spot to unwind. In terms of location, there’s a pharmacy and convenience store just across the street, and a 24-hour laundry facility within walking distance—adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

The staff were welcoming and patient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very welcoming and there was space for our suitcases. The location was terrific - easy to get to and from the train station, and we were able to walk to many attractions and services. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for a few hours after checking out and before leaving Fukuoka. We had a great breakfast in the cafe.

Location is pretty good even though it’s 5-10 minutes walk to near subway but it’s walkable distance to Tenjin and Hakata (around 15-20mins)
