Stayed there twice in a week time and on both occasion the bathroom was properly cleaned. Black long hair all over the bath, the bath curtain covered in mold.

This hotel offer a good price accomodation, especially with breakfast included (a very good bento to be taken at the reception). Rooms are small but with everything you need.

“Great Value and Easy Access”
Hotel LiveMax Hakataeki Minami was a great choice for our stay in Fukuoka. The room was compact but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Hakata Station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was clean, and check-in was quick and smooth. It’s a practical and well-located option for both business and leisure travelers.

“Great hotel with clean rooms in close proximity of Hakata station.”
