“Worst”
They did not have any restaurant facility and providing food through pre prepared breakfast box which does not have any vegetarian option. They did not disclose bento breakfast system on booking site. On this aspect they are cheating customers.

“It is good but …..”
There is no BF service and there is hot water pot, 2 cups not coffee and tea that is very upset I stayed many hotel they have tea and coffee in rooms, if no service why the hotel put cups and hot water pot no used. Please write down on reception no service tea and coffee in rooms and water just put 2 bottles water free of cost for the guest . That is no big deal for hotel.

“Never again.”
They returned my Apple watch which I left but only after I had to look for someone who could speak Japanese because they could not understand me when I initially called and when I tried to call them a second time equipped with Google translate already, they wouldn't answer my call anymore.

“Below expectations”
I was able to keep my luggage until the evening after check-out, and the hotel receptionist kindly allowed me to use the telephone when I had to make an important call.
