“It is a new and nice hotel but could not adjust the AC below 23C”

The hotel is very nice but doesn’t have twin bedroom . The AC could not be set below 23C :(

I loved how big the room was with a king size bed, the location was fantastic! They people were very hopeful.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. Right from a kind and gracious check in experience, we were looked after very well at every interaction. Our room was stylish and sleek, off a corridor that is full of character and clever design. The dark and atmospheric lounge space offered an incredible breakfast, served until 11am and fabulous in quality and range. And the afternoon/early evening drinks and snacks service was very elegant and much appreciated. A chic choice of hotel, which seems to attract some very chic guests

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The whole design from entrance to room is so cool. Room has everything you need and even a little box of delicious chocolates. I knew breakfast was included but there are delicious snacks throughout the day all included. Location is central

High quality finishes and materials inside the room, tiles etc instead of plastic bathroom. Good privacy between wc and bed. Good design overall, a bit of a change from anonymous Japanese business hotel.

“Superb Front Desk”

Front Desk Yu Haraga san speaks eloquent English and was very helpful to us being our first time in Fukuoka. She recommended sights to see, places to eat, booked tour bus ( despite us requesting last minute) and even made the extra efforts to walk us herself using the shortest route to Canal city. What a great gem that the hotel has, we will recommend this hotel to friends and families !

“Best architect-hotel in Fukuoka”

Room space and user-friendliness was very nice. We didn't expect the "lounge is included" means free access to the food there almost all the time.

“Exceed value with bold design & exceptional lounge”

Hotel Il Palazzo is located near the river, conveniently positioned between two stations, making it easy to get around. The exterior is very distinctive, while the interior feels modern and stylish, with bold use of sharp red and green that gives the hotel a strong visual identity. Our package included lounge access from 7:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night, which was a major highlight. The lounge offers both made-to-order dishes and a buffet area, featuring a mix of Japanese and Western (Italian-style) cuisine. The food was fresh, well presented, and refilled quickly. Desserts were particularly outstanding and easily one of the best parts of the dining experience. The staff were professional and welcoming, with both Japanese and Indian team members. Most communicated fluently in English, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room design is modern and comfortable, matching the hotel’s overall aesthetic. Housekeeping did an excellent job — the room was made up so thoroughly that it felt almost unused each time we returned.

“Spacious room with all day refreshments”

Great location with loads of restaurants nearby. Canal City is just a few mins walk from the hotel. Room is remarkably large compared to other hotels in the city. King size bed was super comfy and the round bath tub was a plus. Refreshments in the lounge were in reasonable variety and good quality. Last but not least, all staff we encountered were very helpful, especially the friendly team at the street level entrance.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo. Centrally located, lovely interior/exterior with friendly staff.
