The staff is very helpful. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and the staff handed us towels straight away, so we could tidy ourselves up before we checked in. The room is a bit small, but clean and tidy, which was all we needed.

This is truly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Japan. I absolutely loved my room. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I could easily stay here for weeks and feel completely at home. The onsen was also spotless every time I used it, and it was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. I would gladly stay here again!

Really good value if you book a few months in advance. The hot drinks machine that's available from the afternoon has tasty matcha latte, not only coffee based drinks! and I discovered too late :( it was really tasty! It might be a little far from the streets with yatai, but it's close to Canal City, and there are buses that stop close by

The hotel is flawless .Breakfast spread is good. Self service laundromat at affordable price. Staff are courteous and helpful. They provide coffee and tea at the bar from 2pm to 9pm. Good for a break. The room size is good for two big luggage.

About 10 minutes walk. Nearby many convenient stores and eateries too. Flat walk. The hotel provides beverages from 2pm to 9 pm for guests to rest at their coffee section.
