“Fantastic stay”

I visited during the Hakata festival, the room was really spacious and great lighting. The staff working there was really helpful and showed me the best places to go during the festival.

Cheery staff in kitchen. Helpful. Breakfast was to be Japanese or Western, but they gave me the rice and miso as well if I wanted western. But the fish was good with the Japanese

Room too small. Person has to climb over another to bed. Bathroom has no grab bars.

“Short walk from Tenjin Central Park”

I had a wonderful stay here in December. The location is perfect just a short walk from Tenjin Central Park, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas while I was there. It’s also very convenient for public transport, making it easy to get around the city. Everything about the stay was great!

Great location, wonderful view over the nearby Tenjin Central Park, which was full of Christmas lights and decoration (there was a Christmas market) and the beautiful step garden on the Acros Fukuoka skyscraper. Very attentive and effective staff - although they don`t speak much English, but they manage to communicate nevertheless. Delicious breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant, open for lunch and dinner - I haven`t tried that, but based on the breakfast quality, I could say it would also be very tasty. In the lobby you can get free coffee and tea from a machine 24/7 (there is coffee and tea+kettle available also in the room, which is equipped with all amenities one could possibly need). My single room was quite small, compared to other hotels I`ve stayed at during my trip, but it was enough for one person for a few days. I would definitelly reccomend the hotel and would like to come back again soon.

“Ideal location close to where you want to be”

Location is ideal being close to 2 metro stations and great shopping places within an easy walk. The staff were very helpful - especially the ladies who clean the rooms (thank you)

“Very pleasant experience”

The location of the hotel is impeccable, with lots of restaurants on the same street of the hotel. It was only 5-10 mins walk to one Fukuoka building and tenjin underground mall. Beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the tenjin Central Park.
