“Very disappointed”
I was not very happy . I went there mid tour to have a few days to chill and lay by the outdoor pool The outdoor pool wasn’t able to be used until July . We went in June I would not have stayed there if I had known

The staff was friendly and immediately brought us our luggage. They tried to make every wish come true and answered all of our questions. The location was also really nice since the hotel had an own bus stop to the city. The busses stopped regularly. The gym was well equipped.

I was here for Seventeen's concert! It was super close to Pay Pay dome. I really enjoyed the breakfast! They have a great variety of choices.

Small rooms, not many meat options for breakfast, paid sauna, expensive rooms. Fitness was nice.

“Excellent international hotel providing great value and standards”
Liked that we got a free upgrade to twin room. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to get on the highway, and a short taxi drive from the city center. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the gym is extremely well equipped. Fast and convenient elevators. They also waived the parking fee which was a nice bonus! We felt very well looked after.
