Beautiful building. The check-in process is convenient and fun. The room is spacious and it is an excellent choice for a three-people group like us. Good value of money.

“Nice place to stay in Fukuoka”
Even though the reception is unmanned it was very easy to check in and check out. It was also easy to get in touch with a personnel if need be. The was very big (the biggest we've stayed at in Japan), the bathroom, air cleaner and all the kitchen equipment was nicely functioning and more then adequate. The hotel is in a silent area but easy to reach via public transportation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great size for Japan. The dryer room and bathroom was really good in drying clothes. I was confused at first where to hang our laundry, then we figured it was the bathroom. It was clean and quiet, tatami style room was also good for crawling babies. There are convenient stores nearby and a great pharmacy.

“Holiday in Fukuoka”
Very spacious and with good facilities especially there was a washing machine. Comfortable and well maintained . Walking distances to Hakata station, the metro line, bus stop and restaurants. Had a very good time and recommend this apartment.

Although it’s pretty small, like most accommodation in Japan, it was very clean, well appointed and for us in a good location as it was just out of the hustle and bustle, but only a 15 minute walk at most to the best breakfast we’ve had in Japan and shopping, etc

“Perfect for families”
Great amount of space in the apartment. Family of 4 - 2A 2C - and we had plenty of space. There isn't a subway close by so you do need to walk most places or walk back to Hakata station to catch subway but that's okay. We stayed for 5 nights and it would have been nice for towels to be changed at day 3 but we just washed them and dried them ourselves in the room as to here were laundry facilities. Cooking amenities were limited but we made do with them for quick breakfasts and dinners when kids were too tired to eat out.
