1) Able to accommodate to 3 adults and 2 children with the beds provided. 2) Able to use the washing machine to wash clothes and use the heater in the bathroom to quickly dry up the clothes before the next morning. 3) Location wise was about 10 to 15mins walk to Hakata JR station but also ~20mins walk to Canal City. Not too bad for the price we are paying for 5D4N in Fukuoka.

Location: It’s about a 12–15 minute walk from Hakata, which is a main tourist area, so that’s not an issue. For getting to Tenjin, I usually took the bus. Overall, the hotel is quite clean and modern.

“Decent but I wouldn't call it premium”
Room was spacious and the kitchen has basic equipment for a simple meal. Bathroom is good for elderly people since they don't have to climb into the tub. Location was decent since it's not far from Hakata station.

“Comfy and well located lodging for a group of 9”
Good location. It's a relatively short walk from there to the Hakata station. The lodging is well equipped. Had everything we needed for our stay, except for maybe a few toilettries that were not really essential, so that's ok. Microwave, kitchen utensils and fridge worked fine. Both the remote staff and cleaning staff were super helpful, kind and attentive.

Fairly spacious rooms and the location is decent. Everything is walkable in Fukuoka because of the flat city and updated public transport so it was easy to get around from this hotel. Good sized kitchen and bathrooms for a hotel.
