- very spacious for our group of 7, with two separated areas, total of 6 beds, lots of space for all our luggage compared to some other accommodations in Japan hotels - washing machine and dryer capabilities in the bath room was very helpful, detergent included - check in was easy (done on tablet at the front) - decent location, close to grocery store opened late - two living rooms, two TVs, two toilets, two showers, equipped kitchen - all very helpful for our family which included young children - about 10 min taxi ride from Hakata Station

We do love our stay here at Grand Base Hakata. The room are spacious with enough bed for our group! The self check-in was smooth. The apartment even have a washing machine.

The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms and toilets which was very convenient. It was about a 10-minute walk to the subway station and a taxi from the airport was only about 2,400 yen. There is a supermarket nearby.

Location is good, Aeon shopping mall less than 3 mins walking distance. Few Izakaya nearby too. Walking distance the town area takes about 15-20 mins.

“Comfortable, Clean and Suitable for a family”
The room is comfortable, clean and has two bathrooms and toilets. The best thing is that there is also a bathroom drying function. Since there are no doors between rooms, there is relatively little privacy, making it suitable for families to stay together.

The property is new and clean. My family of 5 can share the whole apartment and yet has privacy due to the unique layout as well as having 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Prompt responses from the hotel customer support team too!
